Job Requirements

VPA expects teachers to fully ignite students' passion for learning and internal drive. Teachers should be energetic, have a love for education, and enjoy growing alongside young learners.

We are looking for teachers who:

• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and possess a valid teaching qualification.
• Previous experience with the IB curriculum is preferred.
• Have strong English proficiency, with bilingual teaching ability being an advantage.
• Possess solid subject knowledge and are familiar with current trends in education and their respective disciplines.
• Can design teaching plans tailored to the school's bilingual and integrated educational environment, respecting student diversity and meeting varying needs and abilities.
• Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility: caring for students' academic and personal growth, and fostering good behavior habits and character development.
• Exhibit excellent cross-cultural communication skills and can collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students from diverse backgrounds.
• Identify with the school's educational philosophy, possess teamwork spirit and a service-oriented mindset, and are willing to contribute to the school's development.
